Terms & Conditions

Please read. You must agree to these terms prior to making any appointment with Kika.

I agree to take care of myself during this event. 

Meaning: if I get emotionally triggered I will ask for help and I will take care of my body needs as well.


I agree to keep confidential what happens here at this event. 
Meaning: Our sessions are private. I will respect your privacy, and you will respect the privacy of others.

In our commitment to provide a unique and outstanding experience to all of our clients and out of consideration for our time, we have adopted the following policies:

ARRIVAL TO THE STUDIO – Please arrive for your appointment(s) 10 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. If late arrival is inevitable, your service(s) may be shortened in order to keep on schedule.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY – Appointments will be automatically cancelled 15 minutes after scheduled start time and charged according to cancellation policy. We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments.  If our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival.

SEXUAL MISCONDUCT – Sexual misconduct is forbidden and will not be tolerated. Client understands that any illicit or sexually aggressive remarks, advances or gestures will result in the immediate termination of the session and client will be liable for full payment of the scheduled appointment.

Kika’s respectful, loving, Tantra sessions offer one way touch and although sessions work with the sensual energy and Authentic Tantra practices, she does NOT get naked, wear lingerie, sexually touch, nor have sex with clients, EVER.

CONFIDENTIALITY Your privacy and confidentiality are always honored. Please honor yours and Kika’s privacy outside studio doors by keeping confidentiality at all times. Thank you!

HOW TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL – You must call the cancellation number: 408.827.5303 at least 24hrs before your appointment (48 hours is appreciated). Email changes are not acceptable – you must call to request a change.  Please leave a detailed message with your name, phone number, and appointment time. Speak clearly and slowly.

RESCHEDULING POLICY –  We understand that rescheduling may sometimes be necessary.  We require a minimum of 24 hour notice to reschedule an appointment without any penalty (48 hours notice is even better) so please give us much advance notice as you can.   Please call us as soon as possible at {yourphone} during regular business hours to reschedule your appointment. For appointment changes requested on the same day of the service, (less than 24 hrs notice) a fee of $20.00 will be applied due to limited availability.

CANCELLATION POLICY – We require a minimum of 48 hours to cancel an appointment without any cancellation fee.  Please Note: If you are booking your appointment within 24 hours of the actual appointment, then a cancellation is not possible and you will be charged the full amount of the appointment even if you cannot make it.  The total amount of the services scheduled will be charged in full.

NO SHOW POLICY- Also clients who “no-show” or fail to cancel their reservation within a 48 to 24-hour time period will be charged in full with no refund possible.

REFUND & FEE POLICY – Refunds are given if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment.  A fee of $20 is charged for cancellations that give less than 48 hours notice. No refunds will be provided at all for deposits or monies paid for cancellations received less than a minimum of 24 hours before a scheduled appointment.
